Visiting the Property

We will organize your visits to the properties which you have selected. During all visits you will be accompanied by one of our professional brokers who will answer your questions.

Reserving The Property

When you are ready with your selection you need to reserve the property. By leaving a small prepayment you ensure that the property will not be advertised any further. Usually the sum required is one week of rent. Once you complete the deal and sign the contract with your landlord, you will be compensated for the prepayment.

Signing a Contract for Rent

In order to sign a contract for rent you need to have your ID with you. You will also need to have with you enough money to pay for the rent. The meeting for this usually takes place at the office of Top Imoti. Before the deal, our brokers will notify both sides about their duties and responsibilities.

Deposit in Advance

It is required that you leave a one month worth of rent as a deposit to your landlord. This serves as a guarantee for your landlord. Depending on the requests of the clients, the deposit can be kept either at Top Imoti or with the landlord. The deposit is returned to you once you leave and all utilities have been paid and it has been established that there are no damages to the property.

Rent Commission

The commission for Top Imoti is 50% from the first month rent. It is paid only once, usually during the signing of the deal.

Contract Cancelation

If you decide to leave the rented property you need to provide your landlord with a one month notice.
